क्रतुयष्टा दिवं याति चोपहारं च सुव्रत ॥ कृत्वा तु दशवर्षाणि नीरपानाद्विशिष्यते ॥

যজ্ঞ সম্পাদনকাৰী স্বৰ্গলৈ যায় আৰু উপহাৰো লাভ কৰে, হে সুৱ্ৰত। কিন্তু দহ বছৰ ধৰি কেৱল নীৰ-পান (পানী-মাত্ৰ) ব্ৰত পালন কৰাটো বিশেষ উৎকৃষ্ট বুলি কোৱা হৈছে।
