Verse 22

Naadbindu

उत्पन्ने तत्त्वविज्ञाने प्रारब्धं नैव मुञ्चति । तत्त्वज्ञानोदयादूर्ध्वं प्रारब्धं नैव विद्यते ॥

उत्पन्ने । तत्त्व-विज्ञाने । प्रारब्धम् । न । एव । मुञ्चति । तत्त्व-ज्ञान-उदयात् । ऊर्ध्वम् । प्रारब्धम् । न । एव । विद्यते ॥

utpanne tattvavijñāne prārabdhaṃ naiva muñcati | tattvajñānodayād ūrdhvaṃ prārabdhaṃ naiva vidyate ||

যেতিয়া তত্ত্বজ্ঞান উদয় হয় তেতিয়া প্ৰাৰব্ধ (ফল দিবলৈ আৰম্ভ হোৱা কৰ্ম) সত্যতে মুক্ত নহয়; কিন্তু তত্ত্বজ্ঞানোদয়ৰ পিছত প্ৰাৰব্ধৰ অস্তিত্ব একেবাৰে নাথাকে।

When knowledge of Reality has arisen, prārabdha (karma already begun to bear fruit) is not (truly) released; but after the rise of knowledge of Reality, prārabdha does not exist at all.

Moksha; Karma (prārabdha) sublated by jñāna; Ajñāna-nivṛttiMahavakya: Supports the import of ‘अहं ब्रह्मास्मि’ (Aham Brahmāsmi): once identity with Brahman is realized, doership/enjoyership and karmic bondage are negated.AtharvaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
