brahmādīnāṃ ca sā yasmānmāṃgalyaṃ kṛtavatyume | tasmātsā maṃgalā proktā sarvamāṃgalyadāyinī
“হে উমে, ব্ৰহ্মা আদি দেৱতাসকলৰ বাবে যিহেতু তাই মঙ্গল সাধন কৰিলে, সেয়েহে তাই ‘মঙ্গলা’ বুলি কোৱা হয়—সকলো মঙ্গল দানকাৰিণী।”
