ईश्वर उवाच । पुरा दैत्यगणा रौद्रा बभूवुर्वरवर्णिनि । कालकेया इति ख्यातास्त्रैलोक्योच्छेदकारकाः
īśvara uvāca | purā daityagaṇā raudrā babhūvurvaravarṇini | kālakeyā iti khyātāstrailokyocchedakārakāḥ
ঈশ্বৰে ক’লে: “পুৰাকালে, হে সুন্দৰবৰ্ণিনী, দানৱৰ ভয়ংকৰ গণ উঠি আহিছিল। ‘কালকেয়’ নামে খ্যাত সেইসকল ত্ৰিলোক ধ্বংসৰ কাৰক আছিল।”
