आढक्यश्चणकाश्चैव कणाः सप्तदश स्मृताः । इत्येता ओषधीनां च ग्राम्याणां जातयः स्मृताः
āḍhakyaścaṇakāścaiva kaṇāḥ saptadaśa smṛtāḥ | ityetā oṣadhīnāṃ ca grāmyāṇāṃ jātayaḥ smṛtāḥ
আঢ়কী আৰু চণাও—এইদৰে ‘ধান্য’ সতৰ প্ৰকাৰ বুলি স্মৃত। এইবোৰেই ঔষধিসকলৰ ভিতৰত গৃহ্য, অৰ্থাৎ চাষ-কৃত, জাতিসমূহ বুলি স্মৰণ কৰা হয়।
