Śiva (Īśvara)
Tirtha: Anileśvara (Prabhāsa-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (Pārvatī)
Scene: Devotees behold the liṅga at Anileśvara; a visual contrast between afflicted figures (disease, disability, poverty) and their transformation into healthy, radiant pilgrims after darśana.
Śiva-darśana at the praised kṣetra is portrayed as a purifier whose merit removes suffering and adverse rebirth-conditions.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, in the context of Anileśvara’s māhātmya within Prabhāsakṣetra-māhātmya.
No separate ritual is prescribed here; the emphasis is on the merit (phala) of darśana—beholding the deity at the holy place.
