कपालीति महेशानो दक्षेणोक्तः पुरा हरः । तेन यज्ञस्य विध्वंसं कपाली तमथाकरोत् । कपालेश्वरनामेति स्थितोस्मिन्मानवान्तरे

পূৰ্বতে দক্ষে হৰ মহেশানক “কপালী” বুলি সম্বোধন কৰিছিল। সেই কাৰণেই কপালীয়ে সেই যজ্ঞৰ বিধ্বংস ঘটালে। এই মানৱন্তৰত তেওঁ ইয়াত “কপালেশ্বৰ” নামে প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত হৈ আছে।
