चन्द्रशर्मोवाच । यदि तात मयाऽज्ञानान्न कृतं द्वादशीव्रतम् । कस्मात्कृतं सशल्यं तु भवद्भिर्द्वादशीव्रतम्
candraśarmovāca | yadi tāta mayā'jñānānna kṛtaṃ dvādaśīvratam | kasmātkṛtaṃ saśalyaṃ tu bhavadbhirdvādaśīvratam
চন্দ্ৰশৰ্মাই ক’লে: ‘পিতৃ, যদি অজ্ঞানত মই দ্বাদশী-ব্ৰত নকৰিলোঁ, তেন্তে আপোনালোকে কিয় “শল্য” (দোষ-কলুষ) সহ দ্বাদশী-ব্ৰত পালন কৰিলে?’
