चन्द्रशर्मोवाच । के यूयं विकृताकारा जंतूनां च भयानकाः । पृथ्वीसमुद्भवा जीवा न दृष्टा न श्रुता मया
candraśarmovāca | ke yūyaṃ vikṛtākārā jaṃtūnāṃ ca bhayānakāḥ | pṛthvīsamudbhavā jīvā na dṛṣṭā na śrutā mayā
চন্দ্ৰশৰ্মা ক’লে: তোমালোক কোন, বিকৃত আকাৰৰ, জীৱসকলৰ বাবে ভয়ংকৰ? তোমালোক যেন পৃথিৱীৰ পৰা জন্মা প্ৰাণী; কিন্তু মই তোমালোকক নেদেখিলোঁ, নুশুনিলোঁ।
