Sumanās
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Scene: Sumanās, eyes reddened with anger, confronts an opponent and issues a sharp command to fight, rejecting the proposed outcome.
Ego and anger drive resistance to dharma; such defiance in a sacred setting precipitates spiritual and worldly downfall.
The surrounding episode concerns Muktitīrtha in the Dvārakā Māhātmya.
None; the verse marks the turning point from command to confrontation.
