देव्युवाच । परितुष्टास्मि वो वत्साः किमर्थं तप्यते तपः । वरयध्वं वरं मत्तो यः स्थितो भवतां हृदि
devyuvāca | parituṣṭāsmi vo vatsāḥ kimarthaṃ tapyate tapaḥ | varayadhvaṃ varaṃ matto yaḥ sthito bhavatāṃ hṛdi
দেবীয়ে ক’লে: “হে বৎসসকল, মই তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত সন্তুষ্ট। এই তপস্যা কিহৰ উদ্দেশ্যে কৰা হৈছে? তোমালোকৰ হৃদয়ত যি বৰ স্থিত আছে, সেয়া মোৰ পৰা বাছি লোৱা।”
