তাৰ পাছত অৱশিষ্ট ভোজনৰ সন্নিধানত পিতৃৱেদীৰ আচাৰ পালন কৰিব। কিন্তু দ্বিজ-ব্ৰাহ্মণৰ সন্মুখত পিতৃস্থান আৰু ব্ৰাহ্মণস্থানৰ ওচৰত উচ্ছিষ্ট নাৰাখিব।
