स्थानिकं मूर्खमप्येवमलाभे गुणिनामपि । हीनांगमधिकांगं वा दूषितं नो तथा परम्
sthānikaṃ mūrkhamapyevamalābhe guṇināmapi | hīnāṃgamadhikāṃgaṃ vā dūṣitaṃ no tathā param
যদি গুণী ব্ৰাহ্মণ নাপোৱা যায়, তেন্তে স্থানীয়জন—অজ্ঞ হলেও—গ্ৰহণযোগ্য; কিয়নো অশুদ্ধ, অঙ্গহীন বা অধিক অঙ্গযুক্ত দোষযুক্তজনৰ দৰে সি তেনেকৈ ক্ষতিকাৰক নহয়।
