पुरा संस्रष्टुकामोऽहं नागानां नवमं कुलम् । तद्भविष्यति त्वत्पार्श्वात्समर्यादं धरातले
purā saṃsraṣṭukāmo'haṃ nāgānāṃ navamaṃ kulam | tadbhaviṣyati tvatpārśvātsamaryādaṃ dharātale
“পূৰ্বে, নাগসকলৰ নবম কুল সৃষ্টি কৰিবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰি মই এই বিধান স্থিৰ কৰিছিলোঁ—তোমাৰ পাৰ্শ্বৰ পৰা ধৰণীত সীমা-মৰ্যাদা আৰু শৃঙ্খলাৰে সেয়া উদ্ভৱ হ’ব।”
