viṣādo jāyate bhūyo guṇairetairnarādhipa | aśaktāḥ pretayogādvai sarvasya śubhakarmaṇaḥ

বৰং, হে নৰাধিপ! এই ‘গুণ’সমূহৰ দ্বাৰাই বিষাদ অধিক জন্মে; কিয়নো প্ৰেত-যোগত আবদ্ধ হৈ আমি সকলো শুভকৰ্মত অক্ষম।
