সেই নগৰ শত শত উদ্যানৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ আছিল আৰু পুখুৰী-সৰোবৰেদ্বাৰা অধিক শোভিত হৈছিল। তাত চিত্ৰৱৰ্মা নামে খ্যাত এক শ্ৰেষ্ঠ নৃপতি শাসন কৰিছিল।
