śrīdevyuvāca | parituṣṭā'smi te vatsa prabhāvādbhārgavasya ca | varaṃ varaya tasmāttvaṃ na vṛthā darśanaṃ mama
Devī (Kelīśvarī Devī)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Andhaka
Scene: The Goddess manifests before the devotee (Andhaka), serene yet majestic, granting permission to ask a boon; a subtle aura indicates Bhārgava’s (Śukra’s) merit-power supporting the encounter.
Divine darśana culminates in grace and boon; the devotee’s humility, aided by a guru’s merit, ripens into divine favor.
Kelīśvarī Devī’s sacred setting is implied as a place where darśana is fruitful and boons are granted.
No specific rite is commanded here; the result of devotion is emphasized—darśana leading to vara (boon).
