उभयोः समनां ज्ञात्वा वृथा जल्पसि दुर्मते । यथोक्तः स त्ववादीन्मां वदनार्थे बलोद्धतः

ubhayoḥ samanāṃ jñātvā vṛthā jalpasi durmate | yathoktaḥ sa tvavādīnmāṃ vadanārthe baloddhataḥ

আমাক আৰু তোমাক সমান বুলি জানিও, হে দুষ্টমতি, তুমি বৃথা বাক্য বোলিছা।” এইদৰে কোৱা হ’লে, বলৰ গৰ্বে ফুলি উঠা সেইজনে কেৱল তৰ্কৰ উদ্দেশ্যে মোক ক’লে।
