vākpravṛttipradodgāre prayatne sarvakarmaṇām | ākaṃṭhasurasaṃsthānamudānasya prakīrtyate

বাক্‌ৰ বাহিৰমুখী প্ৰবৃত্তি, ঢেঁকুৰ আৰু সকলো কৰ্মত প্ৰয়াস—এইবোৰ উদান বায়ুৰ দান বুলি কোৱা হয়; ইয়াৰ আসন কণ্ঠ পৰ্যন্ত আৰু ঊৰ্ধ্ব দেৱ-অঞ্চললৈ বিস্তৃত।
