तथा यस्तामसो नाम नरकं प्रतिपद्यते । भुक्त्वा बह्वीर्यातनाश्च स्थावरत्वं प्रपद्यते
tathā yastāmaso nāma narakaṃ pratipadyate | bhuktvā bahvīryātanāśca sthāvaratvaṃ prapadyate
তথাপি ‘তামস’ নামে যি জন, সি নৰকত পতিত হয়। বহু যাতনা ভোগ কৰি অৱশেষত সি স্থাৱৰ-ভাৱ, অচল জন্ম (বৃক্ষ আদি) লাভ কৰে।
