इत्युक्त्वा पद्मजः कन्यां ससर्ज्जयतलोचनाम् । तामस्मै प्रददौ देवः पत्न्यर्थं पद्मसंभवः
ityuktvā padmajaḥ kanyāṃ sasarjjayatalocanām | tāmasmai pradadau devaḥ patnyarthaṃ padmasaṃbhavaḥ
এইদৰে কৈ পদ্মজ (কমলজ) ব্ৰহ্মাই নতনয়না এক কন্যা সৃষ্টি কৰিলে। পদ্মসম্ভৱ সেই দেৱে তাক তেওঁৰ পত্নীৰূপে তাক দান কৰিলে।
