कद्रु त्वया जितं भद्रे यत उच्चैःश्रवा हयः । चंद्ररश्मिप्रभोप्येष कल्माष इव भासते
kadru tvayā jitaṃ bhadre yata uccaiḥśravā hayaḥ | caṃdraraśmiprabhopyeṣa kalmāṣa iva bhāsate
“হে কদ্ৰু, ভদ্ৰে! তুমি জয়ী হ’লা; কিয়নো উচ্চৈঃশ্ৰবা অশ্ব নিশ্চয় তোমাৰ। চন্দ্ৰকিৰণৰ দৰে জ্যোতি থাকিলেও ই ক’লমাষৰ দৰে দাগযুক্ত দেখা যায়।”
