ৰাতিৰ শেষ প্ৰহৰৰ পিছৰ অৰ্ধাংশক ব্ৰাহ্ম-মুহূৰ্ত বোলা হয়। সেই সময়ত প্ৰাজ্ঞে নিজৰ পৰম হিত চিন্তা কৰি, তেতিয়াই উঠি সদায় তাতেই মন নিবদ্ধ ৰাখিব।

The brahma-muhūrta is best for clarity and dharma-oriented resolve; use it to aim at lasting spiritual welfare.
