कनककुंडलोवाच । किमर्थं खिद्यसे कांत ज्ञानवानसि यद्भवान् । अत्रोपायोऽस्त्यपत्याप्त्यै विस्रब्धमवधारय
kanakakuṃḍalovāca | kimarthaṃ khidyase kāṃta jñānavānasi yadbhavān | atropāyo'styapatyāptyai visrabdhamavadhāraya
কনককুণ্ডলে ক’লে: ‘হে প্ৰিয়ে, তুমি কিয় দুখিত হওঁ, যেতিয়া তুমি জ্ঞানৱান? ইয়াত সন্তান-প্ৰাপ্তিৰ উপায় আছে—নিঃশঙ্কচিত্তে শুনা।’
