व्योमांगणमनर्कं च नक्तेऽदीपं यथा गृहम । अवेदा ब्राह्मणा यद्वद्गंगाहीनास्तथा दिशः
vyomāṃgaṇamanarkaṃ ca nakte'dīpaṃ yathā gṛhama | avedā brāhmaṇā yadvadgaṃgāhīnāstathā diśaḥ
যেনে সূৰ্য নাথাকিলে আকাশ নিৰানন্দ, ৰাতি দীপ নাথাকিলে ঘৰ অনর্থক, আৰু বেদ নাথাকিলে ব্রাহ্মণৰ গৌৰৱ ক্ষীণ হয়—তেনেদৰে গঙ্গাবিহীন দিশাসমূহ দৰিদ্ৰ হয়।
