সূৰ্যৰ পৰা ধম্মৰাট জন্মিল; তেঁৱেই প্ৰাচীন কালত এই পবিত্ৰ স্থান নিৰ্মাণ কৰিলে। ধম্মে গঢ়া এই অনুত্তম অৰণ্য দেখি ইয়াক ‘ধৰ্মাৰণ্য’ বুলি কোৱা হ’ল—হে স্কন্দ, মই তোমাক কওঁ—ই পুণ্য দান কৰে।
