दण्डस्तु विधिवत्तस्य कर्त्तव्यो वेदशास्त्रिभिः । अन्यायो न्यायवादी स्यान्निर्द्दोषे दोषदायकः
daṇḍastu vidhivattasya karttavyo vedaśāstribhiḥ | anyāyo nyāyavādī syānnirddoṣe doṣadāyakaḥ
ৱেদ-শাস্ত্ৰত পাৰদৰ্শী পণ্ডিতসকলে বিধি অনুসাৰে তাৰ দণ্ড বিধান কৰিব লাগে। নচেৎ অন্যায়েই ন্যায়ৰ ৰূপ ধৰে—যেতিয়া নিৰ্দোষৰ ওপৰত দোষ আৰোপ কৰা হয়।
