व्यास उवाच । मार्कंडेयोद्धाटितं वै स्वर्गद्वारमपावृतम् । तत्र ये देहसंत्यागं कुर्वंति फलकांक्षया
vyāsa uvāca | mārkaṃḍeyoddhāṭitaṃ vai svargadvāramapāvṛtam | tatra ye dehasaṃtyāgaṃ kurvaṃti phalakāṃkṣayā
ব্যাসে ক’লে: মাৰ্কণ্ডেয়ৰ দ্বাৰা উদ্ঘাটিত স্বৰ্গদ্বাৰ নিশ্চয়েই মুকলি হৈ আছে। তাত যিসকলে ফলৰ আকাঙ্ক্ষাৰে দেহত্যাগ কৰে—
