समानगोत्रप्रवरां कन्यामूढ्वोपगम्य च । तस्यामुत्पाद्य चांडालं ब्राह्मण्यादेव हीयते
samānagotrapravarāṃ kanyāmūḍhvopagamya ca | tasyāmutpādya cāṃḍālaṃ brāhmaṇyādeva hīyate
যদি কোনো পুৰুষ একে গোত্ৰ আৰু একে প্ৰৱৰযুক্ত কন্যাক বিবাহ কৰি সহবাস কৰে আৰু তাত সন্তান উৎপন্ন কৰে, তেন্তে সেই সন্তান চাণ্ডাল হয়; আৰু সেই পুৰুষ নিজেও ব্ৰাহ্মণ্যৰ পৰা পতিত হয় (ব্ৰাহ্মণত্ব হ্ৰাস পায়)।
