श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । तस्यैवानन्तरं तात जलमध्ये व्यवस्थितम् । लुङ्केश्वरमिति ख्यातं सुरासुरनमस्कृतम्

শ্ৰী মাৰ্কণ্ডেয় ক’লে: তাৰ ঠিক পাছতেই, হে তাত, জলৰ মাজত অৱস্থিত এক স্থান আছে, যাক লুঙ্কেশ্বৰ বুলি খ্যাত; দেব-অসুৰ উভয়ে যাক নমস্কাৰ কৰে।
