मार्कण्डेय उवाच । साधु प्रश्नो महाराज पृष्टो यो वै त्वयोत्तमः । पुराणे विस्तरो ह्यस्य न शक्यो हि मयाधुना
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca | sādhu praśno mahārāja pṛṣṭo yo vai tvayottamaḥ | purāṇe vistaro hyasya na śakyo hi mayādhunā
মাৰ্কণ্ডেয় ক’লে: হে মহাৰাজ, তুমি যি উত্তম প্ৰশ্ন সুধিছা সেয়া নিশ্চয় সাধু। ইয়াৰ বিস্তাৰ পুৰাণসমূহত আছে; এতিয়া মই সম্পূৰ্ণ বিস্তাৰে ক’ব নোৱাৰোঁ।
