śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | hanta te kathayiṣyāmi vicitraṃ yatpurātanam | vṛttaṃ svargasabhāmadhye ṛṣīṇāṃ bhāvitātmanām

শ্ৰী মাৰ্কণ্ডেয় ক’লে: শুনা, মই তোমালোকক এক আশ্চৰ্য আৰু প্ৰাচীন বৃত্তান্ত ক’ম—যি স্বৰ্গসভাৰ মাজত, সংযমী আত্মা-ধাৰী ঋষিসকলৰ সন্মুখত ঘটিছিল।
