श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । नर्मदोत्तरकूले तु दारुतीर्थमनुत्तमम् । यत्र सिद्धो महाभाग तपस्तप्त्वा द्विजोत्तमः

শ্ৰী মাৰ্কণ্ডেয় ক’লে: নৰ্মদাৰ উত্তৰ তীৰত দাৰু-তীৰ্থ নামে অনুত্তম তীৰ্থ আছে, য’ত মহাভাগ্যবান দ্বিজোত্তমে তপস্যা কৰি সিদ্ধি লাভ কৰি সিদ্ধ হৈছিল।
