पित्ःनुद्दिश्य यः स्नात्वा पिण्डनिर्वपणं नृप । कुरुते द्वादशाब्दानि तृप्यन्ति तत्पितामहाः

হে নৃপ, যি কোনোবাই ইয়াত স্নান কৰি পিতৃসকলক উদ্দেশ্য কৰি পিণ্ড-নিৰ্বপণ (পিণ্ডদান) কৰে, সি যদি বাৰ বছৰ এই কৰ্ম কৰে, তেন্তে তাৰ পিতামহ আদি পিতৃগণ সম্পূৰ্ণ তৃপ্ত হয়।
