विष्णुरुवाच । तपसा तव तुष्टोऽहं मत्पादाम्बुजसम्भवे । मत्तः किमिच्छसे देवि ब्रूहि किं करवाणि ते

বিষ্ণুৱে ক’লে: তোমাৰ তপস্যাত মই সন্তুষ্ট, হে মোৰ পদ্মচৰণৰ পৰা উদ্ভৱা দেবী। কোৱা, দেবী, মোৰ পৰা তুমি কি বিচাৰা? ক’—মই তোমাৰ বাবে কি কৰিম?
