पातालं सुतलं नाम तस्यैव नितलं ह्यधः । गभस्तिगं च तस्याधो ह्यन्धतामिस्रमेव च
pātālaṃ sutalaṃ nāma tasyaiva nitalaṃ hyadhaḥ | gabhastigaṃ ca tasyādho hyandhatāmisrameva ca
পাতালক ‘সুতল’ বুলি কোৱা হয়; তাৰ তলত নিশ্চয় ‘নিতল’ আছে। তাৰো তলত ‘গভস্তিগ’ আৰু তাৰো অধিক তলত ‘অন্ধ-তামিস্ৰ’ অৱস্থিত।
