प्राप्य चाश्वयुजे मासि कृष्णपक्षे चतुर्दशीम् । अहोरात्रोषितो भूत्वा पूजयित्वा महेश्वरम् । महापातकयुक्तोऽपि मुच्यते नात्र संशयः
prāpya cāśvayuje māsi kṛṣṇapakṣe caturdaśīm | ahorātroṣito bhūtvā pūjayitvā maheśvaram | mahāpātakayukto'pi mucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ
আশ্বযুজ মাহৰ কৃষ্ণপক্ষৰ চতুৰ্দশীত তাত উপস্থিত হৈ দিন-ৰাতি অৱস্থান কৰি মহেশ্বৰক পূজা কৰিলে, মহাপাপত বোজা থকা লোকেও মুক্ত হয়—ইয়াত কোনো সন্দেহ নাই।
