Gaṇeśa
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Umāpati
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
The verse shows Gaṇeśa approaching Śiva and Pārvatī with humility and clarity, affirming that even divine beings uphold dharma through timely saṃskāras; auspicious action done with right intention supports order (ṛta) and harmony in life.
By addressing Śiva as Father within a living divine household, the text highlights Saguna Śiva—God with attributes—who guides devotees through worldly duties and sacred rites; such leelas complement Linga worship by teaching dharma alongside devotion.
The immediate takeaway is to perform auspicious rites promptly with purity and devotion—beginning with Śiva-smaraṇa and simple japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) to sanctify intentions before undertaking major life-saṃskāras.
