शिशुर्न जातोऽव चक्रदद्वने स्वर्यद्वाज्यरुषः सिषासति । दिवो रेतसा सचते पयोवृधा तमीमहे सुमती शर्म सप्रथः ॥
śíśur ná jātó ’vá cakradad vánē svàr yád vājī́ aruṣáḥ sisāsati | divó rétasā sacate payovṛ́dhā tám īmahe sumatī́ śárma sapráthaḥ ||
নৱজাত শিশুৰ দৰে সি বন-মাজত ক্ৰন্দন কৰে, যেতিয়া ৰক্তিম, বীৰ্যবাহী জনে স্বৰ—আলোক—অন্বেষণ কৰে। দ্যৌৰ ৰেতসাৰ সৈতে সি সংযুক্ত হয়, পয়ঃবৃদ্ধি—দুগ্ধ-সমৃদ্ধি—বঢ়ায়; বিস্তৃত শান্তি আৰু দীপ্ত সুমতি-শৰ্মৰ বাবে আমি তাক আহ্বান কৰোঁ।
