Sukta 8.48
अग्निं न मा मथितं सं दिदीपः प्र चक्षय कृणुहि वस्यसो नः । अथा हि ते मद आ सोम मन्ये रेवाँ इव प्र चरा पुष्टिमच्छ ॥
agníṃ ná mā mathitáṃ sáṃ didīpaḥ | prá cakṣaya kṛṇuhí vásyaso naḥ | áthā hí te máda ā́ soma mányé revā́ṃ-iva prá carā puṣṭím áccha ||
মথি জ্বলাই তোলা অগ্নিৰ দৰে, মোৰ ভিতৰত দীপ্ত হৈ উঠা। আমাৰ বাবে অধিক স্পষ্ট দৃষ্টি আৰু উত্তম অৱস্থা স্থাপন কৰা। কিয়নো, হে সোম, তোমাৰ মদ/উল্লাসত মই তোমাক ধনবান শক্তিৰ দৰে আগবাঢ়ি চলা দেখোঁ—পুষ্টি-সম্পূৰ্ণতাৰ দিশে অগ্ৰসর।
