रथवाहनं हविरस्य नाम यत्रायुधं निहितमस्य वर्म । तत्रा रथमुप शग्मं सदेम विश्वाहा वयं सुमनस्यमानाः ॥

ratha-vā́hanam havírasya nā́ma yátrā́yudham ní-hitam asya várma | tátrā rathám úpa śagmám sadema viśvā́hā vayáṃ su-manasyámānāḥ ||

‘ৰথৱাহন’—এই হৱিৰ্-অৰ্পণস্থলৰ নাম; য’ত অস্ত্ৰ আৰু তাৰ বর্ম (কৱচ) থৈ দিয়া আছে। তাতেই আমি বিজয়ী ৰথৰ ওচৰলৈ আগবাঢ়ি, সুশোভন আসনত বহোঁ—সকলো দিন, সু-মনা (সুমনস্য) ধৰি।
