ईजे यज्ञेभिः शशमे शमीभिॠधद्वारायाग्नये ददाश । एवा चन तं यशसामजुष्टिर्नांहो मर्तं नशते न प्रदृप्तिः ॥
Transliteration
ī́je yajñébhiḥ śaśamé śámībhiḥ ṛ́dhat-vārāyā́gnáye dadāśa | evā́ caná táṃ yaśásām ájuṣṭir nā́ṃho mártaṃ naśate ná pra-dṛ́ptiḥ ||
Translation
সেই জনে যজ্ঞেৰে ইজে কৰিছে, শমী-সদৃশ শান্ত সুৰে শমিত হৈছে; বিস্তৃত দ্বাৰ-যুক্ত অগ্নিৰ বাবে দান কৰিছে। এইদৰে যশস্বী শক্তিসকলৰ অজুষ্টি সেই মৰ্ত্যক নাপায়—ন অংহঃ-সংকোচ, ন প্ৰদৃপ্ত অহংকাৰ।
