प्र वो मरुतस्तविषा उदन्यवो वयोवृधो अश्वयुजः परिज्रयः । सं विद्युता दधति वाशति त्रितः स्वरन्त्यापोऽवना परिज्रयः ॥

prá vo marutas taviṣā́ udanyávo vayaḥ-vṛ́dho aśva-yújaḥ pári-jrayaḥ | sáṁ vi-dyútā dádhati vā́śati tritáḥ sváranty ā́po ’vanā́ pári-jrayaḥ ||

হে মৰুতসকল, তোমালোকৰ বাবে আগবঢ়ে—তৱিষা (প্ৰবল) জল-আনয়নকাৰী, জীৱন-বৃদ্ধিকাৰী, অশ্ব-যুজ (ঘোঁৰা জোঁতা) পৰিজ্ৰয় (চক্ৰাকাৰ গতি) কৰা। তেওঁলোকে বিদ্যুৎ একেলগে স্থাপন কৰে; ত্ৰিত ৰিঙাই উঠে; গভীৰতাৰ পৰা জলসমূহ স্বৰ তোলে, পৰিজ্ৰয় গতিৰে বোৱে।
