समुद्रेण सिन्धवो यादमाना इन्द्राय सोमं सुषुतं भरन्तः । अंशुं दुहन्ति हस्तिनो भरित्रैर्मध्वः पुनन्ति धारया पवित्रैः ॥

samudréṇa síndhavo yā́damānā indrā́ya sómaṃ súṣutaṃ bhárantaḥ | aṃśúṃ duhanti hastíno bháritrair mádhvaḥ punanti dhā́rayā pavítraiḥ ||

সমুদ্ৰৰ বিস্তাৰত গতি কৰা সিন্ধৱসকল, ইন্দ্ৰৰ বাবে সু-সুত (ভালদৰে পিষা) সোম আনে। হস্ত আৰু ভৰিত্ৰ (পাত্ৰ)-সমূহেৰে উজ্জ্বল অংশু দুহে; পৱিত্ৰ (ছাঁকনি)-সমূহেৰে ধাৰাৰূপে মধু-আনন্দ শুদ্ধ কৰে।
