Sukta 2.23
देवाश्चित्ते असुर्य प्रचेतसो बृहस्पते यज्ञियं भागमानशुः । उस्रा इव सूर्यो ज्योतिषा महो विश्वेषामिज्जनिता ब्रह्मणामसि ॥
devā́ś cit te asurya prá-cetaso bṛ́haspate yajñíyaṃ bhāgám ānaśuḥ | usrā́ iva sū́ryo jyótiṣā mahó víśveṣām íj janitā́ bráhmaṇām asi ||
হে বृहস্পতেঃ, হে অসুৰ্য (দীপ্তিমান) প্ৰচেতস্! দেৱাসকলেও তোমাৰ দ্বাৰাই যজ্ঞীয় ভাগ লাভ কৰিলে। উষ্ৰা-গাভীৰ মহাজ্যোতিৰে সূৰ্য যেন, তেনেকৈ তুমি সকলো ব্ৰহ্মণ (মন্ত্ৰ)-ৰ জনিতা—সৃজনশীল বাক্ৰ উৎস।
