तदु श्रेष्ठं सवनं सुनोतनात्यो न हस्तयतो अद्रिः सोतरि । विदद्ध्यर्यो अभिभूति पौंस्यं महो राये चित्तरुते यदर्वतः ॥

Transliteration

tád u śréṣṭhaṃ sávanaṃ sunotanā́tyo na hástayato ádriḥ sótari | vidád dhy àryó abhíbhūti paúṃsyaṃ mahó rāyé cit tarute yád árvataḥ ||

Translation

সেই শ্ৰেষ্ঠ সৱন (সোম-নিষ্পেষণ) নিংচি উলিয়াও; হাতত ধৰা অশ্বৰ দৰে, হে সোতৃ, অদ্ৰি-পাথৰে তাক আগবঢ়াই দিওক। আৰ্যজনেই বিজয়ী পৌংস (পুৰুষবল) লাভ কৰে; যেতিয়া প্ৰেৰণ সঠিকভাৱে যোজিত হয়, তেতিয়া সি মহৎ ধন-সম্পদকো অতিক্ৰম কৰে।
