Devata: Rayi (plenitude), Śravas (inspired hearing/fame), and apotropaic banishment of Nirṛti

सामन्नु राये निधिमन्न्वन्नं करामहे सु पुरुध श्रवांसि । ता नो विश्वानि जरिता ममत्तु परातरं सु निॠतिर्जिहीताम् ॥

sā́mannu rā́ye nidhí-mannv ànnaṃ karā́mahe sú purudhá śrávāṃsi | tā́ no víśvāni jaritā́ mamattu parā́-taraṃ sú níḥ-ṛ́tiḥ jihītām ||

সামন্‌ (সাম)ৰ সুৰত, ৰায় (ঐশ্বৰ্য/পূৰ্ণতা)ৰ বাবে, আমি নিজৰ বাবে আহাৰ গঢ়ি তুলোঁ—যি নিধি (অন্তৰ্নিহিত ধন)ৰে সমৃদ্ধ; আৰু বহু সু-প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত শ্রবাংসি (শ্ৰৱণ-শক্তি, খ্যাতি) লাভ কৰোঁ। এই সকলোয়ে আমাৰ জৰিতা (গায়ক/স্তোতা)ক আনন্দিত কৰক; আৰু নিৰৃতি অতি দূৰলৈ আঁতৰি যাওক।
