Sukta 10.49
अहं सूर्यस्य परि याम्याशुभिः प्रैतशेभिर्वहमान ओजसा । यन्मा सावो मनुष आह निर्णिज ऋधक्कृषे दासं कृत्व्यं हथैः ॥
ahaṃ sū́ryasya pári yāmy āśúbhiḥ práitaśebhir váhamāna ójasā | yán mā sā́vo mánuṣa ā́ha nírṇije ṛ́dhak kṛ́ṣe dā́saṃ kṛ́tvyaṃ háthaiḥ ||
মই সূৰ্যৰ চাৰিওফালে গতি কৰোঁ—দ্ৰুত শক্তিসমূহেৰে, উজ্জ্বল অশ্বসমূহে টানি, বলৰ দ্বাৰা বহন হৈ। যেতিয়া মানৱ-প্ৰেৰকজনে প্ৰকাশমান দীপ্তিৰ বাবে মোক আহ্বান কৰে, তেতিয়া মই শত্রু-অন্ধকাৰ দাস-শক্তিক পৃথক কৰি চূৰ্ণ কৰোঁ—অক্ষম কৰাবলৈ যোগ্য তাক—নিশ্চিত আঘাতেৰে।
