Sukta 1.85
वि ये भ्राजन्ते सुमखास ऋष्टिभिः प्रच्यावयन्तो अच्युता चिदोजसा । मनोजुवो यन्मरुतो रथेष्वा वृषव्रातासः पृषतीरयुग्ध्वम् ॥
ví yé bhrā́jante súmakhāsa ṛṣṭíbhīḥ prá cyāváyanto acyútā cid ójasā | manójavo yán maruto rathéṣv ā́ vṛ́ṣavrātāsaḥ pṛ́ṣatīr áyugdhvam ||
যে সুমুখা (সু-মুখ) মৰুতগণ বর্শা হাতে দীপ্তি ছটিয়াই উঠে, তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ বল-তেজে অচলকেও কঁপাই তোলে। হে মৰুতসকল, মনোজৱ (মন-দ্ৰুত) হৈ যেতিয়া তোমালোক ৰথত পৃষতী (ছিটা-ছিটা বৰ্ণৰ) অশ্ব জুৱাইছিলা, তেতিয়া অদম্য সংকল্পৰ বৃষ-দলৰ দৰে তোমালোক আগবাঢ়ি আহিলা।
