Sarga 93: Rāvaṇa’s Grief and Fury after Indrajit’s Fall; Move to Slay Vaidehī and Ministerial Restraint
ममनामत्वयावीरगतस्ययमसादनम् ।।।।प्रेतकार्याणिकार्याणिविपरीतेहिवर्तसे ।
mama nāma tvayā vīra gatasya yamasādanam | pretakāryāṇi kāryāṇi viparīte hi vartase ||
হে বীৰ! মই যমসদনলৈ গ’লে মোৰ প্ৰেতকাৰ্য তোমাৰেই কৰা উচিত আছিল; কিন্তু বিপৰীত ঘটিল—এতিয়া তোমাৰ অন্ত্যেষ্টি-কৰ্ম মোকেই কৰিব লাগিছে।
'O hero! My obsequies should have been done by you. It is peculiar that I have to perform'.
